About Blade Liger's Refuge
Blade Liger's Refuge (BLR) was built due to the lack of decent zoids websites. Being a huge fan of zoids, I decided it was only right for the series to have a decent website with a creator who cares about the show. This entire site was inspired by the Zoids: Chaotic Century (ZCC) page I made on my larger website Where's My Anime. I had been looking for a good quality image to make into a splash image. Having hardly any luck, I settled for a cover to one of the ZCC mangas. My search had frusterated me and I was determined to make the best ZCC site I possibly could. So throwing all my zoids knowledge of the series and the models and other such zoids related stuff, I built BLR. In only two days the entire site was up and running, although far from complete.Three days later it had grown about twice as large.
I've been asked before if I was going to add the other zoids series to the site as well. One day perhaps I shall, but until all the aspects of the Chaotic Century series are up and finished, the other series will just have to wait their turn. Besides, I never liked the other two as much. Hopefully soon there will be many pieces of fan art, fan fic, other fans' custom builds, and alot more. If you are a zoids fan and you know of other zoids fans, please tell them about us. I want this place to be as big as possible.

Blade Liger's Refuge FAQ - General site questions
1. Okay....what the hell is with all the Blade Ligers??
What? You don't like Blade Liger? He's awesome! Okay fine, he's my most favorite Zoid ever...I have a bit of a Bladie obsession, there I said it.
2. Why black, white, and blue as site colors?
Well, I've always been very fond of darkly colored websites. The original BLR was black because of that reason. The white, well...the text has to be mostly white otherwise BLR would burn out your retinas and I'm sure you don't want that. The blue is because Blade Liger is well...blue.
3. I heard someone mention BLR looks alot like the site Liger's Union?
Coincidence. I guess people just see alot of similarities between us, but hey, they've always said that great minds think alike.I've actually talked the the LU webmaster, he's quite nice and loved my layout. But mean-time, I'll try to clear up the similarites I spotted:
- BLR has always been black, long before I knew LU existed.
- The blue border? Yeah, like I explained above, Bladie's blue. White borders are overdone and all my other sites use them. It was time for a change and blue is my favorite color.
- The little Bladie in the menu corner is just a thing I do when making non-frames websites. Why? Because the menu needs love too! You can see it in my earlier sites: Dakkanya Cafe. The original Where's My Anime (WMA) site I did actually had corner critters on both the left and right menus. Double critter fun! Although the old WMA layout was given up for the more convieniant frames format...
- And the Bladie on title bars is because I reeeeeeeeally wanted to use that picture, but it can only be used in a corner, and otherwise the titles would be boooooring....
4. Are you going to do sites or sections for the other Zoids series?
The short answer is no. The long answer is if I decide the other shows are worthy enough of me spending the time to make sections for them, then its "possible." But don't hold your breath because you'll turn bluer than Bladie.
5. You play Neopets??
Yeah I do, you wanna make something of it? It's awesome stress relief when you have a hard day. Really, you should try it sometime. I bet you'll get hooked ;)
