Blue Submarine Number 6

Blue Submarine Number 6 is one of the very first anime that combines typical 2D animation and new 3D technology. A beautiful combination of the two arts mixed with a compelling story about survival.

In the future, a man known as Zorndyke has dismissed humanity as greedy and worthless. He creates a collection of genetic beings through experimentation and set them out to live in the sea. Zorndyke shifts the magnetic poles, which causes glaciers all around the globe to melt and flood the planet. Now his experimental "children" have run amuck. Verg, the Phantom Ship Captain, is determined to carry out his Papa's wishes by destroying every last human.

The Blue Fleet was created to defend against Verg's attacks. Their mission is to stop Zorndyke before he further floods the planet and destroys humanity permanently. Can the Blue Fleet successfully stop Zorndyke from playing his final card?
