.hack//SIGN
Author: TsukasaZeroX
Rating: 5/5
Episodes: 28 (26 US televised, 2 DVD bonus)

Dot Hack//SIGN is the first generation of Dot Hack// Animes, and is one of the greatest. Although it may seem confusing to a person who does not understand the concept, it is quite easy to catch on.

--Overview-- .Hack//SIGN takes place in a Massive Multiplayer Online RPG (MMORPG), called The World. In The World, players get to design and customize their characters, and travel/battle/communicate with other playing members in the same place. However, the balance of The World takes its fall when a boy named Tsukasa, a wavemaster (mage), finds himself unable to log out of The World. The moderators of The World, the Crimson Knights, seek knowledge of Tsukasa's activity, and so do a few other characters in The World. These people try to help Tsukasa understand what is happening, even though he only wants to be left alone. ----

This spectacular Anime takes you to a place where anything can happen. It's filled with mystery, adventure, and suspense that just leaves you waiting to see what will happen next. Sadly, it's on once a week, so there's even more suspense when you get later into the series. All in all, this Anime is well worth watching, and will surely not dissappoint you in the least.
